Video Instructions

Navigate to Configuration>Contact form.
- You can create a Contact button or In-page Form which will be embedded into your website.

Navigate to Contact buttons and click on Create to setup your first contact button.
- Choose your new contact button style - side, corner, inline or create a custom contact button by uploading an image or writing your own code.
- In the next window, navigate to the Button section and change button texts, position and colors.

In the contact form section you can configure design, size, title, welcome message, fields and colors of your contact form.
- In the advanced settings section, you can name your contact button, choose a department where the tickets will be routed and select the contact button’s language.

When you’re done with editing, confirm your changes by clicking on Create.

Now navigate to the Overview section, copy the displayed code and paste it before the body tag of your page.

Refresh your page and your contact button is ready!
In-page Form

To create an In-page Form navigate back to Configuration>Contact form. Choose the second option In-page Form and click on create In-page Form.

In the next window, navigate to Contact form section and configure design, size, title, welcome message, fields and colors of your In-page Form.

In the advanced settings section, you can name your In-page Form, choose a department where the tickets will be routed and select the In-page Form’s language.

When you’re done with editing, confirm your changes by clicking on Create.

Now navigate to the Overview section, copy the displayed code and paste it into your website.

Refresh your page and your In-page Form is ready!
