Customization overview

When it comes to customizations in general, we offer 2 ways to customize your customer portal, chat buttons, chat windows, contact forms, templates, etc...

1. Using pre-defined UI options

These options include choosing pre-defined themes/designs, adjusting the color/width/height/position, uploading a logo, etc... this means that no coding skills are required.

2 Using custom HTML/CSS/JS

These advanced options allow you to edit LiveAgent elements/modules using your own HTML, CSS, or JS codes. In this case, basic coding skills are required. Please note, that we do not offer any customization service as a part of our 24/7 support. Such advanced customization has to be done on your own or by your developer. However, we prepared some guides describing how to achieve some of the most frequently requested customizations.
