Is it possible to use my mobile number in LiveAgent?

Customer context: The customer is wanting to use their personal mobile number in the LiveAgent software.

Customer: Is it possible to use my mobile number in LiveAgent?

Answer: LiveAgent only supports phone numbers from VOIP partners that provide SIP trunk connections as integration is done only via SIP trunk as explained here. However, you can forward inbound calls to your mobile using IVR or install our LivePhone app and set your mobile as the answering device.
