Answer: No, unfortunately, LiveAgent does not provide the option to make calls using WhatsApp. The software only allows you to receive and respond to messages directly within LiveAgent. If you want to call your customers, you need to use your own phone number that supports SIP trunking. Please note, the Call Center feature which supports this is not available in the Free and Small plan.
