Socialbakers integration

Socialbakers is a marketing company that focuses on social media. Their AI powered marketing suite has multiple tools and features for reliable social media management. 

With Socialbakers integration for LiveAgent, you can manage social media, answer questions, and create tickets. Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter will be followed by Socialbakers Community and all the important information will be collected.

A user account is created in Socialbakers after integration with LiveAgent. It is then possible to assign this user to communication regarding specific issues. Socialbakers allows you to assign an agent to an issue or inquiry every time it is created.

If you want to integrate Socialbakers with LiveAgent follow the guide below.

  • Go to your SocialBakers dashboard and click on the small arrow next to your profile picture at the top right corner. Then go to Settings > Users and Add a new user that has your LiveAgent credentials and email address. Save this new user for the second step.

 

  • Go to Settings > Task Automation and set up a rule for the user with LiveAgent credentials. You need to set up a rule to redirect all communication regarding your company into your LiveAgent help desk ticketing system. When you’re done, save the changes.
