Answer: To change the order of your knowledge base categories and articles, navigate to the list of your knowledge base entries. Look for the "Order" column, and when you hover your mouse cursor over it, you'll see arrows for moving the entry up or down by one position. Click on the number in that column, and a window will appear, allowing you to set the position number for the category or article directly.
