Decommission of legacy telephony TLS certificates in April 2025

In the event of the recent transition of our infrastructure to AWS (Amazon Web Service), our infrastructure team will be phasing out the legacy telephony TLS certificates in April 2025. As a result of this change, the legacy hostnames will no longer be in operation and it will be required to update the hostnames on your SIP phones and the termination SIP URIs on VoIP provider's end.

Required action

If you are not sure which hostname applies to your account, feel free to reach out to our support team.
