Klaus integration for LiveAgent allows you to give feedback to your team easily. After you activate the integration, you can download LiveAgent tickets inside. You can then rate them according to various criteria, judge the ticket quality, and see the weak spots of your agents.

Follow these steps to integrate Klaus and LiveAgent together.
First of all, connect to your Klaus account and go to Settings > Account Settings > Connections.
Click on Add connection and fill out the necessary fields.
Pick LiveAgent as a service
Fill out your LiveAgent URL
Select a time range for imported tickets
Name your connection,
Copy and paste your API Token from LiveAgent
You can find your API Token in LiveAgent. Go to Configuration > System > API and click on ADD API KEY. Fill out the necessary fields and then copy and paste your API into Klaus.
Now your tickets will be imported into Klaus. You can see them in your conversations window.
