When using a LiveAgent Free Account, it's important to be aware of the email limitations that come with it. These limitations have been put in place to ensure the sustainability and availability of the service for all users. This article provides an overview of the email limitations in a LiveAgent Free Account and offers guidance on how to upgrade your current plan if required.

Email Limitations in LiveAgent Free Accounts
The LiveAgent free account comes with certain email limitations, which are outlined below:

  • Maximum of 5 emails can be sent within a 5-minute period
  • Maximum of 30 emails can be sent within a 1-hour period
  • Emails can have a maximum of 5 recipients, including To, Cc, and Bcc fields
Please note that the free plan is limited to only 1 email address

Upgrading Your Plan
If you require a higher limit or need to connect multiple email accounts, consider upgrading your free plan to one of our paid subscriptions. You can do this in the My Account section of the LiveAgent Dashboard.


Alternatively, we recommend connecting your email account via IMAP/SMTP if you want to avoid the email quota limitations for free accounts. These limitations apply when using our servers to send emails from LiveAgent.
