Email Limitations in LiveAgent Trial Accounts
A LiveAgent Trial Account has the following limitations regarding email usage:
1. Sending Frequency: Users can send a maximum of 5 emails within a 5-minute timeframe.
2. Hourly Limit: Users are allowed to send a maximum of 30 emails in a 1-hour period.
3. Recipient Limit: Each email can contain a maximum of 5 recipients, which includes the To, Cc, and Bcc fields.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you require a higher limit or need to connect multiple email accounts, upgrade your trial plan to one of our paid subscriptions. You can do this in the My Account section of the LiveAgent Dashboard.
