ChargeDesk integration

Integration of ChargeDesk with LiveAgent is very simple. First, go to Configuration > System > Plugins in your LiveAgent account and activate the ChargeDesk plugin.

 

Once activated LiveAgent will ask you to reload the browser page with LiveAgent so do that. When LiveAgent is reloaded open any ticket and under the Ticket ID find the new ChargeDesk section where you can log in into your ChargeDesk account to access your details.
