Please follow the following integration guide to start using Klaviyo within LiveAgent.
First, go to Klaviyo and create your account or log in if you already have an account.
After you log in, your Klaviyo dashboard will open up. Go to the top right corner, click on your Account name and select Account.
Next, select Settings in the top right corner under your account name and click on API keys.
Under Private API keys click on Create API key.
After you click the button a new API key will be generated.
Copy the key and open your LiveAgent Dashboard. Go to Configuration>System>Plugins and find Klaviyo Integration plugin. Click on Configure (cog icon).
A new window will open up. Paste the API key into API key field and Save.
