In addition to FlowHunt, our no-code AI automation platform, the Answer Assistant feature supports also OpenAI as an AI provider, allowing you to directly use ChatGPT models to generate and refine your ticket answers.
Integrating OpenAI as an AI provider
To connect your LiveAgent account with OpenAI, navigate in your OpenAI Dashboard to the API keys section and click on the "Create new secret key" button. Name your new API key, choose a project for it, and click on the "Create secret key" button. Once you have created the new key, it will be displayed on the screen.
Ensure that you've copied the API key correctly and keep it safe, as you won't be able to view it again. If you lose the key, you'll need to generate a new one.
After generating your OpenAI API key, navigate in your LiveAgent panel to Configuration > AI > Setup AI provider, click on the "Add AI provider" button, and select "OpenAI".
Insert your OpenAI API key into the provided field, name the integration for easier recognition in other settings, and save the configuration window by clicking "Add". Your OpenAI account is now connected with your LiveAgent and you can continue to enable and use theAnswer Improver feature.
You can integrate multiple OpenAI API keys & accounts as separate providers.
