Customer: Is it possible to check the worktime of agents?
Answer: Yes. You can check the total Worktime directly in Reports->Agent report, by enabling the column "Worktime". If you want to see an exact time when the agent logged in, logged out, or was on pause, you can go to Configuration->Agents->edit agent->Performance report, and click on a specific day to see a breakdown of their worktime.
