Answer: You cannot forward an entire ticket containing all its messages. Only the last or selected message (and its quoted text, if applicable) can be forwarded. So, if you have the quotation set up properly, the whole ticket should be in quotes. Otherwise, it's not possible to forward the whole ticket with all of its messages.
