Answer: To create a group of contacts, go to the "Customers" section, click the "Contact groups" tab, and then click the "Create" button. After creating the group, go to the "Contacts" tab within the "Customers" section, edit any contact, and in the "Personal details" tab, select the contact group from the "Groups" section.
