Why are the recipients in ticket the same after I changed the ticket owner?

Answer: In LiveAgent, replies to emails/tickets are always sent to the participants of the last customer's message, regardless of the ticket owner change. The recipients are populated from the headers of the source of the last customer's email message, and this can include the customer and/or all CC addresses.
