Integrating Duo application with LiveAgent

Duo integration allows you to use the Duo Single Sign-On (SSO) method as an alternative way to log in to LiveAgent.

To integrate your Duo account with LiveAgent, visit and log in to your Duo account. Once logged in, navigate in the left menu to Applications > Protect an Application, and click on the "Protect" button in the "Generic OIDC Relying Party" entry with the "2FA with SSO hosted by Duo (Single Sign-On)" protection type in the applications list.

Before proceeding with the new app configuration in the Duo admin panel, login to your LiveAgent account, navigate to Configuration > App-based integrations, and click on the Duo integration to set it up. Copy the Redirect URI address from the setup window, as it will be used in the Duo app configuration.

Return to the Duo admin panel and continue configuring the new Relying Party app. Paste the Redirect URI address you copied from your LiveAgent panel into the "Sign-In Redirect URLs" field, and select "email" scope in "OIDC Response" section.

After saving the app, copy its Client ID, Client Secret, and Issuer. Go back to your LiveAgent panel and paste the Client ID, Client Secret, and Issuer you copied from Duo the corresponding fields in the Duo integration configuration form.

Now, your Duo account is successfully integrated with LiveAgent, and you can use Duo as your SSO login method.
