Customer: Does LiveAgent have a chatbot?

Answer: Currently, LiveAgent does not have a native chatbot function. The platform focuses on live person-to-person interactions, requiring agents to be online and available to receive chats. In the longer term we plan the possibility for integration with chatbots. Right now on our LiveAgent.com website already use a separate Chatbot product from UrlsLab: https://www.urlslab.com/features/ai-chatbot/, even that is not integrated with LiveAgent yet.
