Customer: How to add chatbot to liveagent?
Answer: We do not have any Chat bots integrated into LiveAgent software as of now. In the longer term we plan the possibility for integration 3rd party chatbots or introducing our own. Right now on our LiveAgent.com website we use a separate Chatbot product from UrlsLab: https://www.urlslab.com/features/ai-chatbot/, even that is not integrated with LiveAgent yet.
