The Answer Improver feature allows you to generate professional responses to customer queries or enhance your answer drafts based on provided instructions.
In order to use the Answer Improver feature, it is required to connect your LiveAgent account with FlowHunt or OpenAI.
Connecting OpenAI model to LiveAgent
Before you can use the Answer Improver feature integrated via OpenAI, you must first connect an OpenAI model to LiveAgent. For that, navigate in your agent panel to Configuration > AI > Answer Improver, click on the "Add model" button, and select your connected OpenAI account.
In the Add model window, select the model you'd like to use for the Answer Improver feature, and enter the internal name that the system and other settings will use to refer to this model.
