Answer: This issue might be caused by missing Facebook permissions for your page in the integration. To fix this, delete and add your Facebook page again in LiveAgent. Then, in your Facebook profile, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, click on the LiveAgent.com integration, and ensure that all the permissions are turned on. Make sure the Facebook account used to connect the page is an administrator of the page, and check that LiveAgent.com is set as the primary messenger receiver in the Advanced messaging section of your Facebook page settings.
