You can change the logo of your LiveAgent panel to the logo of your company (replace the default LiveAgent logo). This is a paid feature that has to be paid separately after subscribing to a paid plan. To do so, navigate to the "My Account" section and activate the "Branding Free" feature under "Additional addons"

To replace the Default logo or Default small logo, navigate to Configuration --> System --> General
To replace the page title and the default footer text "Powered by LiveAgent", scroll a bit in the same window. If you have purchased the "Branding Free" feature, you are able to edit the current footer or paste your own HTML footer
How to remove branding from the customer portal?
Removing/editing the "Footer text" as shown in the image above will automatically remove/edit the branding information from your customer portal as well.

Where else will be branding removed?
Branding will be removed from all LiveAgent widgets which include the following:
- Knowledge Base/Customer Portal
- Live Chat windows & buttons
- Call windows & buttons
- Contact forms
- Feedback forms
- Email templates (these are fully editable)
