Answer: You can identify the device used by an agent through their profile. Open the agent's profile, navigate to the Performance report, and select the required day to display records. If the agent logged in via a browser, it will state 'Online'. If they used the mobile app, it will be 'Android Mobile'. In case a browser on a mobile device was used, it will show as 'Mobile Web'.
