Important note: "The firewall of the network to which you are connected when making and accepting calls in LiveAgent must NOT block UDP/RTP communication or else the calls would not work correctly. By default we operate with following ports for OpenSIPS: 5060, 5061, 8080, 8089. For Asterisk: the ports in range 5070 - 31000 (rtpstart=5070, rtpend=31000) should be opened/unblocked.
