The following IP addresses of our servers are used for outbound call center services. If you are restricting IP addresses in applications that you use it is highly recommended to whitelist all IP addresses used by LiveAgent to avoid issues with the call center feature.
There are sets of IP addresses that are used depending on the data center in which your account is stored.
Starting from March 2024, all LiveAgent accounts will be migrated to our new Amazon servers. It is recommended to keep whitelisted all new and legacy IP addresses used by our servers. If you want to confirm on which data center is your account stored do not hesitate to contact our support.

The firewall of the network to which you are connected when making and accepting calls in LiveAgent must not block UDP/RTP communication or else the calls will not work correctly. By default we operate with the following ports for OpenSIPS: 5060, 5061, 8080, 8089. For Asterisk, the ports in the range 5070 - 31000 (rtpstart=5070, rtpend=31000) should be opened/unblocked.
