There are two types of the push notifications for the mobile app. Ticket push notifications and Chat push notifications.
Ticket push notifications:
Push notifications for tickets are executed when:- A new ticket is created in the department where you are currently available
- A ticket is reopened in the department where you are currently available
- A ticket is assigned to you
- A ticket assigned to you is reopened
Chat push notifications:
Push notifications for chats are executed when:- A new chat is ringing to you
- A new message in chat arrives
- You missed a chat
