How to turn on chats in the LiveAgent mobile app

By default the chat availability in the iOS app of LiveAgent is disabled. However,  you can turn it on easily as shown in the screenshots below.
 
1) Click the grey chat-bubble icon to get to the My Settings screen
 
2) In the My Settings screen click the 'Chat' row
 
3) Turn on the chat availability for the desired departments you are member of
 
4) Go back to the main (ticket summary) screen
