In order to use LiveAgent's AI chatbot, you first need to connect your LiveAgent account with your FlowHunt account.
Navigate in your FlowHunt Dashboard to the API Keys section and click on the "+ Add API Key" button. Name your new API key and click on the "Add API Key" button. Once you have created the new key, it will be displayed on the screen.
Ensure that you've copied the API key correctly and keep it safe, as you won't be able to view it again. If you lose the key, you'll need to generate a new one.
After generating your FlowHunt API key, navigate in your LiveAgent panel to Configuration > AI > Setup AI provider, click on the "Add AI provider" button, and select "FlowHunt".
Insert your FlowHunt API key into the provided field, name the integration for easier recognition, and save the configuration window. Your FlowHunt workspace is now connected with your LiveAgent and you can continue to enable and use the AI chatbot feature.
You can integrate multiple FlowHunt API keys & workspaces as separate providers.
