Accepted payment methods

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer. Please find a detailed list of accepted payment methods below:

Customers with cloud-hosted accounts can choose whether they want to pay monthly or annually. Payments for cloud-hosted accounts can be managed in the My Account section.

  • Payments for self-hosted license extensions are handled by a payment processor MyCommerce. Currently, MyCommerce supports the following payment options:

If you wish to pay for your cloud-hosted LiveAgent account via wire (bank) transfer or if you didn't find your preferred payment method, please contact our support.

Some banks don't support 3D-Secure, Voice, or SMS authentication. In such a case, your payment will be declined, and you will receive an email notification about a failed payment.
