LiveAgent Performance Status Page

Welcome to the LiveAgent status page. We use this page to communicate any issues with our products including planned and unplanned outages, basically anything urgent regarding our customer's accounts.

*Planned infrastructure upgrade for 2019: To improve the performance of our services, we've decided to invest heavily in our own server infrastructure. This will lead to drastic performance improvement and will allow us to plan patches, restarts and updates to avoid outages during main business hours of our clients.

11/30/2019 - ~ 14:00(GMT+1) - Some of our customers may have experienced issues with connection to our servers due to a bug in our maintenance scripts. The problem was fixed.

10/08/2019 - ~ 15:00(GMT+2) - Some of our customers may experienced issues with the connection to our servers due the temporal DNS problems.

09/17/2019 - 09/21/2019 - We will be performing scheduled server maintenance in our EU data center. Customers located in Europe might experience degraded performance with loading tickets or filters during these server restarts. We do not expect any downtime.

06/08/2019 - ~ 22:00(GMT+2) - Some of our US customers may experience issues with receiving emails at their account and some performance issues in general. Our server team is investigating the issue.

19/07/2019 - ~12:15(GMT+2) - Some of our customers may experience issues with receiving emails at their accounts.
                   -   14:35(GMT+2) - Issue seems to be resolved.

06/06/2019 - 11:10(GMT+2) - Outage on Facebook side was affecting fetching data from Facebook to LiveAgent.
                   - 12:35(GMT+2) - Issue seems to be resolved.

05/04/2019 - 04:45(GMT+2) - Some of our EU customers may be experiencing Database connectivity problems. Our server team is investigating the issue.
                   - 05:04(GMT+2) - Issue has been resolved.

04/04/2019 - 01:40(GMT+2) - Some of our EU customers may be experiencing connectivity problems. Our server team is investigating the issue.
                   - 02:15(GMT+2) - Issue has been resolved.

04/03/2019 - 15:00(GMT+2) - Some of our EU customers may be experiencing connectivity problems. Our server team is investigating the issue.
                 - 15:15(GMT+2) - Issue has been resolved.

02/12/2019 - 11:30(GMT+2) - Some of our US customers may be experiencing technical issues with call center functionality. Our server team is working on restoring full functionality.
                   - 04:00(GMT+2) - Issue has been resolved.

02/05/2019 - 01:44(GMT+2) - Some of our customers may experience slowness of their accounts, timeouts or not loading ticket grids.
                   - 02:30(GMT+2) - Issue has been resolved.

01/24/2019 - 15:05(GMT+2) - Some of our customers located in US may be experiencing connectivity problems. Our server team is investigating the issue.
                   - 16:20(GMT+2) - Issue has been resolved.

01/06/2019 - 18:30(GMT+2) - Some of our customers may experience slowness of their accounts, timeouts or not loading ticket grids.
