Problem: Configuring login settings to allow only SSO
Some users may wish to enhance their account security by disabling the normal login method and allowing only Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication. This ensures that only users authenticated via the designated SSO provider can access the system.
Solution: Steps to disable normal login and enable only SSO
To disable normal login and use only Single Sign-On (SSO) in LiveAgent, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Configuration > Security > Settings in your LiveAgent dashboard.
- Click the Change button next to the "Authentication" section.
- In the settings, you will find an option for the Allowed SSO service. Configure it as needed.
- Below the SSO service setting, locate the setting named Login by password and change it to Allow only SSO.
- Save your changes.
