This is a plugin for the old Magento 1.x platform which is deprecated. It reached its end of life in June 2020 (https://magento.com/blog/magento-news/support-magento-1-software-ends-june-30-2020). There is a plugin available which enables you to add a Magento 2 widget into tickets (https://www.liveagent.com/support-ticket-system). With the plugin enabled you will automatically get information about the customer emailing you.
