To check the current version of your LiveAgent account, access your agent panel and view the source code of the page by right-clicking anywhere in the panel and selecting the option "View page source", or via shortcut Ctrl + U in all regular browsers (Option + Command + U in Safari). In the source code of the page the version of your LiveAgent account is noted after the ?v= parameter.
