How customize the contact form displayed if no agent is online
Navigate to Configuration > Chat > Chat buttons and either click "Create" in order to create a button or click "Edit" in order to edit an existing button. In the left menu section click "Contact form" and you will get a screen like the one below:
The screen above is pretty self-explanatory. As you see, you can change the logo of the contact form and also the confirmation message that appears after submitting the form.
