PipeDrive CRM plugin

The new PipeDrive CRM plugin enables you to add a PipeDrive CRM widget into your ticket info/detail panel that is located on the right-hand side of each open ticket. Once the plugin is enabled, you will be able to register new deals and get instant access to information about existing deals pertaining to the customer you're assisting within your LiveAgent dashboard. When LiveAgent connects your PipeDrive account (defined in the plugin configuration section), it will run background checks on PipeDrive deals, their statuses, and values. All this information will be shown in the PipeDrive widget that is displayed in your ticket info panel. By using this plugin you can view and register PipeDrive deals directly in LiveAgent while communicating with your customers.

To get started, you need to have a LiveAgent account. If you do not have an account, create one [here] (https://www.liveagent.com/trial/).

To get your PipeDrive CRM integration, please go through the following steps:

  1. In LiveAgent, click System> Plugins and activate the PipeDrive integration plugin.

  2. When the plugin is activated, click on the info button of the right side of the plugin and proceed with the Pipedrive authorization.

  3. When authorization is finished, you will be able to see a PipeDrive icon in your ticket info/details panel.

  4. Once you click on the PipeDrive icon, you'll be able to view and add all PipeDrive deals registered for the customer which you are assisting in LiveAgent.
