Answer: No, we do not have any AI bots integrated into LiveAgent software as of now. However, our developers are working towards introducing bot functionality in our chat system, but we do not have a specific release date yet. On our websites we use UrlsLab chatbot (https://www.urlslab.com/website-chatbot/), but is not integrated with LiveAgent.
